INVALID USER NAME :

If message 'Invalid Username, Please Enter Correct Username' displayed on click of 'VERIFY' button, that means USER ID entered is not matching with ID registered. Please capture correct USER ID and try again. In case same message repeated, contact SUPERADMIN to confirm your USER ID.

INVALID PASSWORD :

If message 'Invalid Password, Please Enter Correct Password' displayed on click of SUBMIT button, that means password entered is not matching with password registered. Enter correct password and try again. In case same message repeated, RESET your password using FORGOT PASSWORD link.

FORGOT PASSWORD :

You may RESET your password by clicking FORGOT PASSWORD link and by using registered EMAIL ID. In case your EMAIL ID is not registered, contact SUPER ADMIN to RESET PASSWORD on your behalf.
